Coastal Architecture 

Location: Emerald Isle, NC

This is a unique, mixed use facility constructed on a barrier island along the coast.  The style of architecture, “Coastal Modern”, was created for this project.  The owners wanted a Corporate Headquarters for one of the fastest growing businesses in the nation and wanted it to have the ‘Wow’ factor.  To create this, the building has pronounced towers, a rooftop lounge with a panoramic view, exposed structure interiors with cloud ceilings, electronic privacy glass and logo water wall.  As people enter the building for the first time, the first thing they say is Wow.  The Wow Factor was accomplished.
