Location: New Orleans, LA

The project converts an existing office tower on Poydras Street in New Orleans to a mixed use, apartment building. The desolate plaza gains a connection to leasing and residential amenities.  Vacant retail becomes leasing and resident amenities, while remaining retail receives new improvements. A 6^th floor amenity/pool deck will crown the parking plinth. A perforated zinc screen wraps the steel structure of the new pool deck, shifting the focus to pedestrian activity below. The office space on floors 7-27 subdivides into apartments with a top floor sky lounge giving residents views across the New Orleans Skyline.
