Moving from the ground level to a 5^th floor suite overlooking the city skyline, this renovated 10,500 SF space became the new Charlotte office for the national construction firm Brasfield & Gorrie. The design of the company’s new office focuses on the client’s expertise in construction while promoting transparency and visual connection. Spaces in this upfit include private offices and open office seating, an expansive breakroom and touchdown space, conferencing, and a flexible classroom-style training room. A mix of furniture options and layouts creates opportunities for collaboration, heads down work, and social spark.
