Dimensional Place is located at the fork of a prominent intersection in Charlotte’s South End, oriented towards Uptown. Responding to its triangular site, the design addresses the neighborhood by activating urban plazas at each corner. The building connects with the warehouse context through scale, materiality and color. In contrast to the sandstone base, a curved glass facade with vertical sunshades emerges while stepping back from the corner to reveal an Art Plaza. The lobby unifies diverse program elements through its multi-level connections. Interior wood and stone details continue the formal language inside, establishing a strong indoor-outdoor connection.
