Highlighting fortitude, balance, energy, and contrast, Roundpoint's new workplace defines a disruptive legacy, supports collaborative culture, and fuels unrelenting curiosity. Previously housed in a disparate grouping of buildings, RoundPoint embarked on a transformational journey to rethink their work environment and to consolidate all Carolina employees into a single location. Founded in 2007 at the onset of a recession, RoundPoint was born out of a drive to disrupt its industry by expanding the range of services a mortgage company provides. What transpired was a 3-floor, 150,000 square foot, build-to-suit office space that provides a place for work, fun, and pioneering.
