F&D|Integra 

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

The CLT Development Center, a commercial interior office renovation of approximately 10,000 square feet, transforms nearly half of the existing first floor in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center from a highly partitioned series of offices, and support spaces - into an open, light filled collaborative space housing critical planning and permitting departments in the City. This project brings planning and permitting departments together – and places a focus on communication, collaboration and superior service.
