An 870 sf studio for the interior designers at Circa was developed as a mezzanine upfit in the back half of their new 20’-0” high space in the Morrison mixed-use development. Circa's business combines interior design, antiques, and custom furniture. The antiques retail floor, designed by Circa, is old world and dark.  The mezzanine studio designed by the Architect is Modern and light. In taking the commission for the studio project, the Architect set out to provide a white minimal space to serve as a blank pin-up board for the the designer's daily work with color and texture.
