Cama Street Retail is a 47,000sf adaptive re-use of non-descript warehouse built in 1969. Located halfway by foot between a popular light rail stop, and a bevy of brewery, restaurant, and entertainment developments, the owner asked us to update the building’s exterior, and introduce a large outdoor amenity space that when combined, would attract and serve a mix of uses including restaurant, retail, brewery, and office.
