To keep up with the rapidly evolving nature of business today, Unum, the nations' largest disability insurer, partnered with a design team to take an in-depth and holistic look at their workplace portfolio and implement a complete overhaul of work and amenity space. Previously an outdated workplace in three separate buildings, Unum Portland hadn’t been updated in over 20 years. Working with various team players on a budget-driven transformation, the result is a shift from a dated space to a modern feel infused with local personality creating a generator for recruitment and talent.
