STITCH Design Shop 

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

The AFAS Center for the Arts is the culmination of two projects.  A dynamic urban art park, and a 3-story building dedicated to the advancement of the arts. Both the park and the building were created to aid in the transformation of a neglected area of downtown Winston-Salem.  Together they have worked in unison to provide unique spaces for the non-profit (AFAS) to uphold their mission, “To Build, Educated and Celebrate Community Through Art.”  Whether day or night the creative campus of AFAS is electrified with a healthy crosspollination of the community all enjoying and embracing the arts.
