Mecklenburg County’s EMS Agency needed a new headquarters facility to provide them with updated spaces and infrastructure required to successfully perform their duties and to provide the agency with room to grow over the next 10 and 20 years. This 180,000 s.f. facility houses the administration offices and operations facility for MEDIC that incorporates a 911 dispatch center, offices, advanced training facilities including sound stage studios, an ambulance and truck garage, a vehicle fleet maintenance building, truck wash facilities, and a fueling center.
