Location: Research Triangle Park, North Carolina

Shaping a new space for a confidential technology client, the design focused on tailoring each of three team’s workstyles. The project leveraged successful past experiences with the client allowing the team to continue a campus-wide initiative to implement new workplace standards that promote greater flexibility, interaction, and connectivity among employees.

This project successfully launched a new work environment on campus called “home bases.” Each group’s home base is a collaborative hub curated to suit their unique work styles, personalities, and voices.  The shared spaces use wayfinding techniques including a crosswalk motif to direct users to their destinations.
