With its central location on campus, the Town Center provided an ideal opportunity to enhance the connections of the campus — on a visual and personal level. Rooted in workplace strategy and unrelenting curiosity, Capital One uses their West Creek campus redesign as a testbed for new ideas. A methodology based on merging space, experience, and personality redefines company culture and evolves workflow. The impact of the design is widespread as connectivity is strengthened in three ways: campus- from building to building, vertically- from floor to floor, and spatially- from work zones to collaboration zones.
