The Rabbit Hole Distillery campus was designed to launch a new Bourbon Manufacturing company in the heart of the NuLu Neighborhood of Louisville KY.  The building celebrates a contemporary bourbon maker’s vision of ‘Form Follows Process’:  From a farmer’s delivery of grain to the final bottle, the design sequentially showcases bourbon’s complex and wonderful process of milling, cooking, fermenting, distilling, barreling, bottling, and everything in between.   The visitor sees each process unfold step by step, and shared in the context of the architectural expression of metal, glass and wood surfaces.
