SOBA at Red Stone is a 260 unit multi-family community, located in Indian Land, South Carolina.  This residential neighborhood was designed to expand the Red Ventures campus through the addition of on-site (Market based) apartments that would serve housing needs of Red Ventures employees and other area workers, while being complementary to the Red Ventures existing campus, as well as acting as a link between the campus urban fabric and the Red Stone development.

Our goal was to elevate the resident’s quality of life through good design, taking into consideration light, materials, scale, the environment and societal urban spaces.
