A high-tech corporate office and manufacturing facility was achieved, with limited resources, through the adaptive reuse of an abandoned grocery store / strip center of 54,790 SF.  The selective integration of new design elements into the existing fabric of the building completely tranformed a typical strip center into a state of the art work environment refective of the high tech products produced.  The success of the company allowed them to construct a Phase II building of 56,733.  This building was designed for accomodate multi-tenant use until the growth of AvL requires the entire facility.
