Project scope includes interior and exterior renovations and additions combining two previous lease spaces within a popular 1950-era Chapel Hill shopping center. The interior consists of 4,800sf in a former restaurant and dry cleaner with addition of 1,000sf of exterior covered patio, bar and activity areas. Concept is based on an existing, evolving, energetic and casual tapas and tacos dining establishment based on a small entrepreneurial 5-store concept developed by a restaurant group in the Jackson, MS area. The target location for this and future establishments are ‘close-in’ urban neighborhoods, often experiencing revitalization, which becomes part of the brand statement.
