The Student Center was the first structure to create a place for shared amenities on the Health Sciences Campus. The two-story, roughly 79,000 sf Student Center serves as a focal point for the diverse faculty and student body on the West Campus. Its central location allows for interaction among the multiple disciplines found across the adjacent academic buildings, offering both a real and symbolic gathering space for students, services, and activities. The building enables faculty, staff, and students from the various colleges on the Health Sciences Campus to intermingle and collaborate under one common roof for the first time.
