The Jacksonville Center for Public Safety facility combines a new police department headquarters and a new fire department headquarters into a state-of-the-art structure along Marine Boulevard.  The new building also provides a visual and physical link to future development along the New River and is to be a catalyst for the resurgence of the Jacksonville downtown.

The design forms public streetscapes, anchors pedestrian connectivity to the river and to downtown, and maintains a prominent, shining civic presence 24 hours a day as you enter the heart of Jacksonville, NC.

The Center for Public Safety is targeted for LEED Silver Certification.
