This project involved the design of a summer residence located in the village of Blowing Rock, North Carolina.  The neighborhood in which the home is constructed has a maximum footprint restriction of 1600 s.f. with a total square footage not to exceed 3000 s.f. and a requirement that any home be constructed in the "classic Blowing Rock style" which is a unique combination of adirondack meets rural Appalachia.
