Description:

Piedmont Natural Gas selected C DESIGN to design a new Tennessee Operations Center for its Nashville Metro customers. The 58,000 sf LEED Gold rated building program includes offices, training areas and warehouse space situated on 13 acres of the 31-acre site. A large multi-functional assembly room, a commercial kitchen and an employee credit union are all onsite. The campus has a large service yard that houses raw materials storage in covered and protected bunkers. It also includes a vehicle wash station, service vehicles with fast-fill and timed-fill compressed natural gas fueling dispensers and storage for maintenance materials and equipment.
