MERZ Pharmaceuticals US Headquarters in Raleigh, NC is located in a 65,000 SF facility providing corporate offices, training and technological support for the group. Occupying all the space in a previously vacant, three-story office building, the facility replaces MERZ's former office which was housed in a warehouse-type structure in Greensboro, NC. The new facility made use of the building site, which is located along a major arterial road in north Raleigh, optimizinge the building's presence in the neighborhood. The design of MERZ's new HQ includes communal spaces which tie directly into the fountain plaza to create a true indoor-outdoor environment.
