300 South Tryon is a 25-story, 689,000 SF urban infill office tower. The building entry pavilion, main lobby, and urban garden front Tryon Street and extend down Third Street along a pedestrian linear park. The parking and service entry drive is off of Church Street with adjacent future hotel lobby anchoring the corner of Church and Third Street. Onsite parking is provided for four-levels below grade. Two banks of high speed elevators service the mid and high rise portions of the tower which culminates in multiple penthouse levels and a distinctive crown. The office tower will be LEED® Gold certified.
