Challenged to redesign not only the built environment, but the work processes of a non-profit organization with numerous engaged volunteers, our design team worked collaboratively with community partners to reinvent the brand and the experience of animal adoption. Working within the parameters of limited financial resources, gifts of material and fixture donations, and the constraints of an aggressive schedule, the team created a congenial atmosphere that produced measurable efficiencies and an enticing environment.
