White Oak Management commissioned our design team to design extensive 10,000 SF renovations and a new 14,000 SF short term rehabilitation needs wing to the existing skilled nursing facility in Shelby, NC in response to the shifting healthcare needs. The new wing will have a dedicated entrance and connect via a corridor and front porch. The building will house 24 private rooms complete with full, private bathrooms and a full-service therapy and rehab suite along with various living, dining and activity areas.
