When this international culinary product retailer selected an ideal site for its North American Headquarters, the location came with serious challenges in the way of rotting structure and zoning restrictions, and wonderful opportunities in the way of beautiful marshlands views. The design solution saved an aging building on a constrained budget, capitalized on the natural beauty of the site, and created a corporate headquarters which showcases the client’s product while attracting and retaining its world-class employees.
